Gentlemen… why does your 🍆 hurt after you vibe solo? Let’s talk about it — no shame, no judgment, just facts:
Pain or discomfort after masturbation isn’t “just part of being a guy” — it could be from:
🍆 too much pressure or grip (death grip = no bueno)
🍆 tension in the pelvic floor
🍆 lack of lube (your hand is not a self-lubricating goddess)
🍆 rushing or not relaxing before/after
🍆 underlying pelvic dysfunction that deserves a lil TLC
🍆 cranky pelvic nerves
Your pleasure should feel good, not sore or stressful! If your post-nut vibe is “ow” instead of “ahh,” it might be time to check in with your pelvic health 🫶

Yes, that could very well be nerve healing.

If no orgasm/ejaculation (session was interrupted for whatever reason, or I just wasn't into it enough to get to that point,) I don't get that pain. Long ago I used to think it was semen that hadn't come out, and was just in my urethra, so I would go pee. That wasn't it. I don't use lube. All I do is slide the skin. Is this the proverbial "death grip?" I never feel like I grip it that tightly.
