📣 Have you ever experienced pain or discomfort after masturbating?

Gentlemen… why does your 🍆 hurt after you vibe solo? Let’s talk about it — no shame, no judgment, just facts:

Pain or discomfort after masturbation isn’t “just part of being a guy” — it could be from:

🍆 too much pressure or grip (death grip = no bueno)

🍆 tension in the pelvic floor

🍆 lack of lube (your hand is not a self-lubricating goddess)

🍆 rushing or not relaxing before/after

🍆 underlying pelvic dysfunction that deserves a lil TLC

🍆 cranky pelvic nerves

Your pleasure should feel good, not sore or stressful! If your post-nut vibe is “ow” instead of “ahh,” it might be time to check in with your pelvic health 🫶

Yes, that could very well be nerve healing.

After my prostate surgery, I often have a sensation like a scrape or burn in my rectum after orgasm. It has slowed down with time and I assume it is part of healing from having my prostate cored out.

Yes, it could be the proverbial "death grip" and depends on the length of time masturbating that can influence tissue tolerance.

Only if I use my hand. It Isn't a severe pain. But it feels a bit like like sore muscles. Like I worked it out too much. It's only after ejaculation and back to flaccid. If no orgasm/ejaculation (session was interrupted for whatever reason, or I just wasn't into it enough to get to that point,) I don't get that pain. Long ago I used to think it was semen that hadn't come out, and was just in my urethra, so I would go pee. That wasn't it. I don't use lube. All I do is slide the skin. Is this the proverbial "death grip?" I never feel like I grip it that tightly.
