Sex Tip Tuesday 💦

Have you ever tried back door action? 🚪

Here’s quick sex tip if you’re thinking about exploring anal play.

When it comes to backdoor fun, patience is your bestie. Start with external stimulation (think: rimming, gentle massage), use lots of lube (like… way more than you think), and breathe deeply to help your body relax. Tight = tense = not cute.

Are you curious to try anal? Maybe you've tried it and want to share your tips with us—let us know in the comments.

Your preferences and boundaries around anal stuff are valid, and I appreciate the clarity with which you express them. You’re right, everyone has their own likes and dislikes, and it’s okay to name that without judgment. Some folks do enjoy anal play, and that’s okay too. We don’t yuck someone else’s yum, as you said, to each their own. 😉

OK I have mentioned this before - the whole idea of rear end entry just grosses me out to no end so I have no interest or desire to even try it - I have inverse psoriasis which complicates the matter even more so that area of my body gets sore and raw all on its own - there is no way I would even try doing anything back there - the prostate stimulation intrigues me but it would have to be done externally - rear entry - sorry no go!!! Just me and my preferences so each to there own.......

Turkey baster, hahaha. I got a good laugh from that as well! Speaking of this topic, there are actual single lube applicators you can use like this one: https://www.ahyes.org/products/coconut-oil-natural-lubricant-ah-yes?variant=40298892591169

I missed sex tip Tue. didn't show in notifications. I been using my trigger point release wand twice a week now. All excellent points on massage and entry. Yesterday at PFPT session at the end for trigger point release I asked PT if she could get any lube inside before she puts her whole finger in, it kinda drags. She said not possible and I said don't you have a turkey baster to inject some inside, she lost it, kept bursting into laughter during the whole release. must have left some picture in her mind.

It’s great that you and your wife found a way to ease your BPH symptoms together, and that it opened the door (so to speak) to discovering new pleasure. I hear you on the different preferences around anal play too. Those little moments of gentle touch can be just as intimate and connecting. Appreciate the tip about Lorals, that’s a smart option for folks navigating the ick factor.

We probably got started opposite to most people. Our first back door adventures were my wife learning to massage my prostate to get me some relief from my BPH. I have come to enjoy anal play. My wife doesn’t like anal penetration, but does enjoy gentle stimulation of her anus with a finger or tongue 👅. For intro to rimming, try the lorals panties that put a very thin barrier between you if there is some hesitation from the ick factor.
