There's no way he's just going to tell them where the mortal cup is anyway, so just kill him 🤣 Jace really has had no wins this season so far lol he's going through it! I feel that! I really felt Alec's side, not so much Magnus, but I did FEEL that hug! 🩶

I was really struggling with her because she was so impressionable, I just felt like we couldn't trust her, so I was so happy she didn't send Magnus to another dimension or something lmao! 2023-06-14 03:08:17 +0000 UTCSo many ups and downs with this episode. In season 1 finale they lost the cup and in this 2A finale they lost the soul sword as well. And so many missed opportunities to kill Valentine! Ugh! The only one who ever attacked him was Simon - three times! Also, even though I have never been a fan of Jace I must admit that he really drew the short straw - he lost his father again (but I guess that is fine), he lost Clary again (just when he got some hope) and because he was tricked he made possible the annihilation of several people. Poor guy. As for the proclamation of love, I was kind of underwhelmed. Alec was great but I don't know, Magnus was kind of without any expression. I could almost imagine his thoughts: "Yes, I know you love me but are you all right? You look like you're about to keel over." The hug was amazing though :)

2023-06-13 04:32:15 +0000 UTCa crazy finale for 2A!! and the iconic malec i love you scene! also asexual raphael was great to see! so with jace, in a way he is valentine’s “son” just not by blood. valentine did raise him as michael wayland for those years and obviously did experiments with jace just not with demon blood. you’ll find out all about why simon can walk in the sun during the next half of the season (technically you did see the reason why during this ep, but it will be clarified later) if you look back at the scene you can also see raphael quickly turn around to speed out during the soul sword activation also the Simon/Jace moments were great! It’s fun to watch back the scene with jace glamored as clary knowing now it’s jace and seeing how he cares for Simon honestly i do feel bad for jace he hasn’t had a single happy moment going on since s1😭 it’s hard to choose but I do think I prefer the second half of S2 but it’s totally an emotional rollercoaster as always!! looking forward to your reactions!
