I've either got to waste time blacking out the key areas or just ditch the whole idea. I'd rather be creating new work rather than fighting to make old stuff palatable for the Christofascists out there who find bare skin against their narrow religions.

Another possibility for such images is Discord. There are more possibilities than Patreon. One for example is that they are less strict on nudity and all.
