New System Ordered
Added 2017-05-02 17:21:56 +0000 UTC
Hi all
I know updates have been slow, I know I am behind on commissions and I apologize. Anyone frustrated with this slowness I am happy to refund, I am not here to rip anyone off losing my second system really screwed me over from an output perspective. No excuses it’s just what happened.
I have ordered a new system to replace that one that went into the crapper, below are the specs, it will allow me to run both Vray with 10 cores (20 threads) and Redshift will absolutely fly.
I plan to get into Redshift as soon as the GA C4D release is available. To give you an idea the set I did with HZR was done in Redshift the renders took ~15-20 minutes. He has a single GPU in that system both my systems have 4 cards current has 4 x 6 gig new system will have 4 x 11 gig. We are talking rendering will be incredibly fast.
I travel tomorrow but after that I have to finish up the school girl set then on to the commissions owed.
Thank you all for hanging in there, I have lost a few Patreons over the past few months with 1 system on line and I have had a few drops in pledge and I completely understand that, my plan is to blow you away with content over the summer-fall with for sure a few Patreon only sets :)

2017-05-03 15:09:22 +0000 UTCDamn nice hotrod you pieced together. Blows my MSI GT83VR away. I only bought it two months ago! ;-D It houses two 8GB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080TI. Sucker has TWO power cords to run the fans. And only an i7 quad core. I use it mostly to run Autodesk and sketchup renders. An HD DAZ scene takes about 20 minutes with two characters. Those 1080's are fuckin nice. I doubt I'll ever use this machine's full potential. Hate windows 10, crashes my render every time it pops up a "surprise update". Fuck you Bill Gates!
