About the Google Forms (PLEASE READ!!!!!)
Added 2022-06-02 14:47:31 +0000 UTCIt's been brought to my attention by a couple people that you need a Google account in order to fill in my suggestion forms, and it's making people nervous and less willing to give suggestions.
So, I thought: is this the reason why almost no one is submitting suggestions anymore??
I really thought this Google Forms method would work for everyone, but it seems it's not the case! So for now, if you have suggestions for the monthly art, just send them to me through private message or even leave a comment. I like the forms because they allow people to attach reference pictures, but if folks don't like the system, I should just think about something different!
But please please DO give me feedback. I can't fix things if I don't know what's broken. I make posts almost daily trying to come up with a perfect system that is fair to everyone and I hardly get any complaints until I directly went to people in private.
I would really love if there was more participation by Patrons, otherwise I really get the message that the monthly art suggestions are only interesting for a small fraction (about 1/6 currently) of people... and if something isn't interesting maybe I should just drop it and do something else. What do you think?

2022-06-02 18:56:54 +0000 UTCYeah, I'm gonna open both options from now on, and see how it goes. I know lurkers gonna lurk, but if they have a problem and don't speak up how am I gonna know... I can't read minds yet. Also, I have a 10€ tier with six people on it, and only one person is making suggestions, so it means every month I will draw for the same person! Why would paying people not send in their ideas? XD

But I've seen even in even MORE crowded Patreons; one I used to sub to being like thousands of members, they hardly got any interaction at all ever??? It's so odd.

2022-06-02 16:08:02 +0000 UTCOh yeah I would absolutely switch back to the old method before like, getting rid of the suggestions completely! but, even before the Google forms the participation wasn't super high especially in the higher tiers (which admittedly REALLY surprises me - if someone tips me for A LOT of money every month, I'd think they'd also want to suggest a picture free o charge, but alas... :o )

2022-06-02 16:07:08 +0000 UTCI think the google form is a fine and great idea for sending suggestions. it makes the whole process much more simple and to the point. I don't know how someone would get stressed and nervous at making a google account but i guess those people can always send a message to you in private. And about the small fraction of people interacting with these post i think its normal, usually the "lurkers" are much more than the active users that comments.
