For a dude carrying a shield, he's not really caring about his own defense. Which is a very good point of analysis about his mental state.

2023-11-19 05:07:04 +0000 UTCWeekly reactions! Awesome! Watching this episode with no resolution for a week, where the animators purposefully had Weiss in the same pose as Pyrrha when she died. Painful! "Is it wrong that I want the cowardly lion to die" Nope. No judgement here. I mean, they say a coward dies a thousand deaths, and a hero dies but one, but it would be reeeeeally satisfying to see some cowards get their "just one" too. Jaune definitely overextended on that lunge towards Cinder, and messed up his footing in the process because he had zero plan for what happened if he missed. But to be fair, he had a bit of distance to cover, and he went for the best killshot against Cinder that he could manage in the moment, without apparently having a single second thought about the consequences of killing another person. So, kudos to him, but the boy is obviously really hurting.

I enjoyed binging the 4 monthly ones, but it will be be nice to not have to wait as long (though you picked one heck of a cliffhanger to start your weekly posts on๐). Also Qrowโs posture while he walks is meant to make him look like a bird.

At whatever price. No matter how many get in your way. In short, kill for the sake of killing. And don't worry, all the characters you hate right now will come to an end very soon ๐๐ป๐.

2023-11-18 20:35:37 +0000 UTCWhile getting 4 chapters at a time is nice, the one-month wait between batches can be brutal, so I really hope you can maintain this schedule! Speaking of brutal waits, this episode originally released right before Rooster Teeth's winter break, we were left waiting and a lot of the fandom was heatedly debating what happened at the end of this episode and its severity.

2023-11-18 18:30:51 +0000 UTCI think part of Qrow's concern was how they would just end up fighting who their enemies wanted. Many of them ended up fighting people they were bad matches against. Weiss and Vernal, Ruby and Emerald, Jaune and Cinder. All of them were bad matches for them.
