Yeah people always wonder how Chucky would function, being so small and everything. Thankfully the community has great things to say about him. Thought they did have some creative liberties, like the spirit who picks up the survivors. It is indeed Charles Lee Ray, the soul in the Chucky doll. And it’s amazing to see Brad Dourif being the voice, I was sure they would have gotten a impersonator. Both Brad and Jennifer Tilly are super loyal to Don Mancini, the creator of Chucky. So loyal that when a reboot of Chucky was announced, which would have conflicted with Mancini’s vision of Chucky, they didn’t want any part of it. So maybe it isn’t that surprising that they voiced Chucky here.

2023-11-27 23:41:25 +0000 UTCInteresting that they never announced, in the video at least, that Tiffany was also available voiced by Jennifer Tilly. Btw have you two seen the Chucky series? Even if off camera, because it gives you a lot about the Chucky franchise. From who was Charles Lee Ray, to Jennifer's characters and just the whole lore about how Chucky is still here and still alive. Plus I'm so happy they brought back Brad Dourif, no one can ever replace Brad's iconic laugh and voice lines.
