Just kind of always assumed it was exploring world kind of thing, but this makes sense now. Seems like Trunks DLC in particular has the fights really far away. Like with the Androids and Gohan. Though don't think this would've helped too much in Android battle, because when they were exhausted so was my ki 😂

2025-01-05 23:54:21 +0000 UTCMate, game sense tells me to push every button to see what they do. When it came to flying, I thought pressing X, for switch, means I was going to be dodging projectiles when flying then it came to just being a vacuum for the orbs when they're in a circle.

2025-01-05 22:48:53 +0000 UTCThe DLC’s (save for the first two) are where the game really shine for me, you can tell they had more time to really put the stank on some of the cutscenes; Gohan’s last stand for example. Considering Diama DLC is confirmed I’m actually pretty excited since Diama in general seems very JRPG-coded through its music and narrative.

2025-01-05 22:40:02 +0000 UTC1:32:29 A few tips to prevent future frustration (hopefully): 1) Tap L3 to boost and close the distance between you and enemies. Iirc it requires a little bit of ki, but it's worth if you're to capitalize on the moment you're not being attacked. 2) When side stepping ki blasts to dodge, remember that you can also dodge backwards. This should give you more time to dodge efficiently. If you're right up against an enemy, big ki blasts will hit you even if you're side stepping. 3) Sometimes it really is better just to play defensively when enemies start spamming until they're finished. I get that you just wanna start hitting things, but unless you're overleveled, going for damage in between their rushdowns won't net you anything other than damage to your HP or shield. You think the androids were obnoxious? Try training with Whis on hard mode. That alone drilled me into learning these things. Life imitates art, I guess.

2025-01-05 21:29:07 +0000 UTCBE ADVISED: Don’t play too far ahead in the Trunks DLC as it may start to push you into story past what you’ve gotten to in the Main Story. It should be pretty obvious when that starts to happen but there’s a fair bit more content than you’d expect in the Trunks DLC, so just be warned.

2025-01-05 20:00:19 +0000 UTCI don't know how late this hint is. With the Z Orbs that are in a circle, press △ when you're flying in any direction. That makes your character do a loop in the air, which draws all the Z Orbs to you.
