Indiana Jones Playthrough Part 4

Longer video as we had a lot of starts and stops. Biggest casualty of us being sick was not getting to play this as much or post our playthrough for it .

Wow, yep it does and thank you so much for that. Fascinating to learn and gain that context.

Well, what I remember from back then was the thing, that the denial of the existence of the Holy Spirit is considered to be a deadly sin. There was more but I can't really remember, because I was a kid back then and I'm at middle age now, but there is Google so I will use it. Google translated: What are examples of sins against the Holy Spirit? Sins against the Holy Spirit are mortal sins that harden a soul by rejecting the Holy Spirit. Six sins fall into this category: despair, presumption, envy, obstinacy in sin, ultimate unrepentance, and conscious resistance to the known truth. Ok, I hope this answers your question.

Thank you for the additional context here, super helpful to gain a great understanding. Curiosity question, what would an example be of a sin against the Holy Spirit as opposed to one against God or Jesus?

I only know this s**t because my mom dragged me to the church and forced me to listen to this stuff and it did take a while before I made it clear that's not my cup of tea when I was a teen.

18:32 Sins against the Holy Spirit? For context: Christianity has this belief in the Trinity, which means: 1. Father = God 2. Son = Jesus 3. Holy Ghost (Spirit) = Being who brings enlightenment. Hardcore Christians from various religious branches of Christianity believe that a sin against the Holy Ghost is unforgivable, so the believer will be judged as a sinner on Judgement Day (no matter what). In this case the holy ghost would turn away from you so you can't get enlightment anymore, your'e trash in the eyes of the Christian community which could lead to the worst case (excommunicated from church) for hardcore Christians (Priests, Bishops and so on). Btw, Catholics like Father Ventura here sometimes do this cross symbol stuff on certain occasions, reciting verbatim: In the name of 1.2.3, and yes, the cross is also used for Rip, which is a bit confusing.
