2025-03-05 18:09:19 +0000 UTCFunny you mention Accountant that's what I'm currently studying towards, but yeah Asian cultures really put emphasis on hierarchies and for me personally if I make like even a small mistake on something, it feels like I just pulled the piece from a Jenga tower that caused it to fall, like even if it isn't that bad of a mistake my mind automatically directs me to thinking yes I've singlehandedly caused the downfall of this with that single mistake. At first I thought it was only me who thought that way but later found out it's quite a few other people think this way too.

2025-03-04 21:18:30 +0000 UTCLiyue has lantern rite festival, and Mondstadt has the windblume festival, these 2 festival events are the big hitter events for their respective regions, having lots of characters included in them, their generally centered around 1 to a couple of characters as the main cast with other's interacting with them. Sometimes other characters from different regions come in as well as you saw with the Irodori festival in Inazuma. I'm not sure what the main region event festivals are for the other regions just yet, for Sumeru we recently had the subzeruz festival which could be it, and for Fontaine we had the film festival. The new regions haven't been out long enough for me to know.

2025-03-04 19:57:23 +0000 UTCSo I mentioned the relationship between Ganyu and Shenhe before and I wasn’t technically lying about them being siblings in a broad technical sense. It’s just that because Shenhe has those violent tendencies that is suppressed by the red ropes she wears. Cloud Retainer wanted to keep them separated to focus on training/healing them. You two caught a glimpse of Shenhe’s backstory, so pretty good call to make there.

2025-03-04 19:55:57 +0000 UTCI do not envy people of Keqing’s status. Higher positions means more responsibilities, and more pressure to make sure you don’t mess up somewhere. I’m just a labor worker, but even I want to make sure I don’t mess anything up and cause problems for others later down the road. I couldn’t imagine what I would be like if I was an accountant or something similar. And I think that also has to do with a lot of Asian work cultures. Just to clarify, it’s not the same throughout all Asian countries, but there’s some similarities. Making sure you work hard and beat out the competition, but making sure you socialize and gain a better understanding of your co-workers. And understanding work hierarchies with respect to your seniors. It’s a whole thing that can easily make you work harder to the detriment of yourself if you’re too conscientious.

It’s very different from New Years here in the West, as the celebrations last for the whole 12 phases of the moon. Somewhere between Late January to Early February It’s a time of merriment and spending time with loved ones. Whether it be friends or family, it’s a joyous occasion that brings people together. Unfortunately, you won’t really see characters not from Liyue show up here just yet. So no Yoimiya or Klee as this is pretty much a celebration for Liyue natives. There will be times for characters of different regions to meet each other, and it will be soon on this playlist. Trust me.
