They haven't proven too difficult to digitally remove if needed but of course most of the time I just leave them. I have found that models don't like removing them for photo shoots even though they might say otherwise to the photographer. Nose piercings are about the only thing I have an issue with chiefly because they can be more difficult to remove digitally.
