Interesting take on Tonpa. It never occurred to me that he might have been crushed by the exam himself. Subtitles didn't reflect this, but he did say that over time he grew to enjoy seeing others get crushed. So, who knows? Maybe he was indeed a youngster full of hope back in the day. Also, since he's been taking the exam for 35 years, he must've been there when Ging took it. Wonder what he thought of that particular rookie😂

I enjoy the screenshot and mystery trying to decipher the other Hunters from the intro. You should do more stuff like that!
