End screens were missing! :O

I just discovered that for all my recently released videos about the jungle mods, my End screens were all missing!
On the end screen I would normally have these clickable videos to other mod videos, tutorials or effect player epsiodes. But I just discovered that I totally forget about them for my last few videos which leaves them to end in a white screen with only my Tumblr and Patreon urls.
It's fixed now, but if you ever see something I forgot like the end screens or missing download links, please let me know so I can fix them. :)
