promotion test

it was so difficult, so i have no confidence.
because be requested, i explain about this promotion test. its not in Japan, but just at the company that I work for. im sorry for my poor english.
the company evaluate my abilities and results every year for S, A, B, C and D.
If I get S by the year, or A for two years in a row, and if head of department recommends human resources depertment about my promotion, i can take a promotion test.
the promotion test has three parts.
first, an essey about what i should do after i promote for two paper. if i dont like this company, its so difficulte. and i was so.
next, written test about company policies, development of human resources, cost management, Japanese and logical thinking. if i dont like this company, its so difficult.
the last, an interview. i dont know well about it because i never take it, but i know the president of the company is there. I'm rebellious, so worry.
i have an interview on the week after next thursday.
i'm not sure if you understand what I say.
