I've been doing a lot of comic and commission work in the past week, so I'm very happy to temporarily switch back to this. I'm really enjoying working on both the video and the song - it's been years since I've had such a pleasant time working on an MV.
I'm adding a lot of small unnecessary animations to it, and while not all of them look great, it's still cool to see your characters in motion! And it's good practice at the end of the day. I'm currently working through the second verse and the video already has more animation folders than the entirety of Comfort Zone.
The last chorus of the song is still eluding me. I do enjoy working with the parts I already have laid out, so I'm certain it will come to me eventually. I can tell I'll be a lot more pleased with it than I was with Convergence, so hopefully it will be a step in the right direction!
But before you get too excited: this is not a "breaking Katya out" episode. But it also isn't a prequel or pure character lore kind of song. Take it as a contextual bridge of sorts.
