Basicly it's Meiko wanted to be dominated, just like how she wants the president to do to her, but since she can't have that, she has to resort into making someone do that to her. and in this case, Andre. you know how i love my ugly bastards.
There's also japanese version that i plan to sell at Comicket 95 this winter, so if you're at japan and attending, find me and you can get it personally from yours trully.
