Moriah and Brook are really good contrasts to one another. Brooks crew got slaughtered and he lives 50 years in solitude until he finally finds new nakama. Moriah on the other hand, after having his whole crew slaughtered he abandons his trust in companionship and finds a way to create undead to do his bidding. Don't know if I'm looking to deep into this, but the two handles the death of their loved ones in very different ways. Brook was determined to live and reunite with Laboon while Moriah became hopeless and resorted to tragic actions that led him to the way he is now.

You either die a hero or live long enough to become a villain, and in this case, all of his crew died heroes while he alone turned into this sad villain.

I LOVE IT. Honestly, I can totally understand the frustration in the beginning rant (monologue? I’ll call it a monologue) towards everyone just assuming you hate a character because you FROWN at their favorite character. Isn’t the whole point of One Piece to experience the journey and grow to love characters? It’s ridiculous for people to act like actual dick heads and attack people for not being on the same page as them all the time. Not everyone has to have the same opinion, I know you said you don’t necessarily hate a character when you disagree with them but even if you did... so what? It’s your reaction and you’re entitled to your own opinion, honestly it feels like some people just want to be offended sometimes so they find a reason to be. Also, this is coming from someone who just watches your reactions, I can’t imagine how irritating it must be 300+ episodes in. Regardless it put a smile on my face seeing you stand your ground and not take shit from people, and then your reaction to the new opening right after was exactly what I expected haha it’s honestly top 3 openings for me. 10/10 reaction would watch again!

There are some really easy to follow tutorials out there 💜 I learned just from trying things out and mini Pinterest tutorials (usually composed of 6 images or so haha). It’s trial and error :) but makeup is a lot of fun! If I had more time, I’d experiment more and try different things xx

Oh, I love the color you've put around your eyes, KT! <3 I want to wear that kind of thing too haha, but up until I realized that I'd rather not live restricted by gender norms anymore, I lived over 2 decades male and never learned the first thing about makeup :/ I'll get there eventually, I'm sure. Anyway, this was a really fun reaction set. I love that Moria's ultimate power-up essentially places him at a disadvantage, it's fairly unique in that regard. Things really ramped up here, ahah, and I'm thrilled out the wazoo for Tuesday. That's all I'll say~ Also Sylvi is such a smooshball :D

Moria's a rotten jerk but I guess it does suck that his crew died. It's no excuse but that seems to be how he became so crazy and lazy.

One thing I like about Moria's design is the stitching from his chin to his torso. It's a nice design touch that references Shadows Asgard, to keep his body from bursting open once he has absorbed 1000 shadows.

Team work and 'We Are' nostalgia are some of the universal things everyone seems to love. And actually these episodes and the next 100 or so are probably my favorites to rewatch and see reactions to. I can really sympathize with Geko Moria even though he was imo a goofball, because, imagine losing all your friends that you start it a journey with. You can even see him having nightmares when they first introduced him for the first time which a really nice touch from Oda. F.Y.I. the We Are remix opening was the 10th year anime anniversary.
