A lil add, I had 2 short ideas, 1 - Krampus and dragon (or any other character) santa chugging beer (or any other drink) as a competition till one or both pop. 2 - Some interpretation of a sonf "All i want for Christmas iiiiiiissss...."

Maybe similar to the demon and dragon drawing, someone huffing up, sucking in their length as their chest grows before blowing it out onto their length l?
