NSFW Commission — Dr. Zapp and Capt. Scarr

- After all, his attempt to spy on Thea didn't work out so well.
- Then, there was the time he got stuck in the vending machine.
- He's been similarly vexed by a photocopier.
- And he was just recently mistaken for Captain Heroic on the other side of a glory hole.
Dr. Zapp was introduced to readers in this Evil Inc After Dark storyline written by one of my Kickstarter backers as part of their reward for backing the book.
Oh... and I think Rhum has had better days, too...
