Context:
When Sato leaves his cell, he meets Julia, Valeria's servant who takes care of the cells, while Valeria fucks a prisoner in her room.
Julia tells Sato, in order for him to let him continue on his way, he has to do him a favor.
If he refuses, he will tell Valeria.
