Chesney Hawkes - sang "The One and Only" which was a mega-hit in the UK in the early 90's. Total one hit wonder. Great song to be fair, just extremely cheesy. People laughed because it's a shared cultural reference, I guess. Also, he doesn't really fit next to Vinnie Jones.

Some of the sketches like the over competitive dad was only funny the first few times and the scarecrow sketch was boring, other than that I still loved it.
