As for Na-Yeon: Sympathy is maybe to strong but I can at least empathize with her. Of course murdering someone is not excusable,. But she is also still a confused and scared teenager. I bet, that she got conditioned by her parents for her whole life starting from a very young age that she is "better than anybody else especially the poor people". As a result she seemed to feel isolated, alone and not having friends for her whole life while desperately wanting people to like her. I would suspect, she can't read social situations because of her lack of experience or self reflect on her behavior. She might also have serious mental health problems because of her upbringing. Now in this extreme situation, being scared for her life and confused, seeing the others despise her, she falls back to what her parents taught her and sees the "welfie" that hit her in the morning and is constantly fighting with her as source of all her problems. I also think we see suicidal tendencies (when she walks out of the broadcasting room into zombies) and some level of remorse or at least guilt with her crying or being haunted by her victim). What she did was completely irrational (and wrong), but in a sense she is not in her right mind and a victim as well. Finally: Amazing acting!

I feel like they really emphasized all the blood spilling on the ground when Gwi-Nam bit her to show that she’s dead and not coming back at all. Also I feel like the thunder and lightning might be good for them because we saw that Gwi-Nam was affected by loud noises so maybe they’ll be able to get the upper hand on him because of the that
