It's funny because chika-chika is Japanese onomatopoeia for flashing light (like a camera flash) or also a sparkle (sort of like how you both might remember with Major Armstrong) it just so happens to also be her name She also uses some other words in there like shuki (which is cutesy way of saying love, which can sometimes be pronounced 'suki') and doki doki, which is the sound of a heartbeat. The song itself is really very funny, and I suggest finding it on YouTube with some translations.
