You'll love Matts story its so good the actors all do a great job. And imo this is MCU cannon cause there's not even any major or small contradictions . Like Moon knight and I always found it kinda funny that matt's a lawyer which makes him being daredevil so hypocritical

You are correct, this takes place after the first Avengers movie. It is a little iffy on if this is the MCU or not, but now with the multiverse, it could just be an alternate universe from the MCU canon, or it could be actually in the mail line cinematic universe because of SPOILER FOR NWH and Hawkeye They had the same actors reprise the role of Matt Murdock and Kingpin and everything I can find says it probably is lol.
