There's a movie called "Alive" about that story and it was a Rugby team: Alive is a 1993 American biographical survival drama film based on Piers Paul Read's 1974 book Alive: The Story of the Andes Survivors, which details a Uruguayan rugby team's crash aboard Uruguayan Air Force Flight 571 into the Andes mountains on October 13, 1972. From what I understand it's a good movie. And actually that entire segment was due to the need to fill time and Dan Harmon and they didn't have any other ideas for how that segment should go so the director they brought on to that episode just had this movie/story in mind and wrote that into it to fill time.

2020-10-04 10:51:21 +0000 UTCthe saddest thing is because they merged the realities. that girl remembers her life with Borty. because they left this reality though morty will never realize she remembers him. Jerry didn't lose her for morty. morty lost her when he abandoned the reality she lives in.
