规则更新补充说明（针对 Tier 3 会员）
1. 季度变更为半年
原有的 Q1、Q2、Q3、Q4 变更为 H1（1月～6月） 和 H2（7月～12月）。
每次可解锁的过去视频内容由一个季度调整为半年，完成全解锁所需时间由 8 个月缩短至 4 个月。
2. Tier 3 价格调整
自2024年2月起，Tier 3 的价格将调整为 15 USD。
当前已订阅的会员 将继续按照现有价格（11 USD）享受权益，价格不会变更。
3. 已全解锁会员的新增福利
已解锁全部视频的会员，自2024年2月起，每月将提前解锁部分新视频的完整版。
Updated Rules for Tier 3 Members
1. Quarterly Periods Changed to Half-Yearly Periods
The previous Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 structure will be replaced by H1 (January–June) and H2 (July–December).
Past video unlocks will now cover a half-year period instead of a quarter, reducing the time required to unlock all content from 8 months to 4 months.
2. Tier 3 Price Adjustment
Starting February 2024, the Tier 3 price will be adjusted to 15 USD.
Current subscribers will continue to enjoy the current rate of 11 USD without any changes.
3. New Benefits for Fully Unlocked Members
Members who have unlocked all videos will, starting February 2024, receive early access to select full versions of upcoming new videos each month.
