Engordando con Natalia Oreiro en Bendland (1 SET) Español

Hello there! Here's some deep ol' egocentric -would Jay ever learn?- display of crazyness and surrealism. A PHOTOMORPH COMIC starring myself and the Uruguayan actress Natalia Oreiro, sort of WHIMS or LABYRINTH combined with the Morphin' Machine in its origins.

This FINISHED two-pager comic was printed in one of the first wax based color printers I use to have access in my daily office job. The original files were lost somewhere around the turn of the century, with my major computer crash -the one made me lost all Fatland as well.

And so the printed pages remained untouched... till now. You can see the poor quality of the printing on the dotting pattern and saturation of tones scanned now. But all-in-all I consider this story a rare example -and a combination- of different techniques and styles to develop new ways on my storytelling. This was also my first photomorph WG comic, 4 or 5 years before my Pam Anderson's take was made.

Natalia Oreiro (Spanish pronunciation: [naˈtalja oˈɾejɾo]; born 19 May 1977) is a Uruguayan singer, actress, and fashion designer (mainly in Argentina, where she made her career). Oreiro began at the telenovelas. Since 2008 she has switched to work primarily in films. Oreiro has worked on social awareness shows and events for organizations like Greenpeace and UNICEF, the latter of which designated her as ambassador for Argentina and Uruguay. She has been included in Esquire magazine's "The Sexiest Woman Alive Atlas" list. She's also a beloved singer and a hit at Russia under the stage name of Nasha Natasha.

One other project regarding Natalia I was deeply involved back then was collecting her photos from the gossip period magazines (1995-2000) from her younger years on tv screens and into her adulthood. I started to morph her and make a slow WEIGHT GAIN sequence -on THE BIG FAT GAINING style- but I wasn't really comformable with the results, and they were so many that sooner or later -more sooner than later- I quit. But before quitting I left behind quite a few sketches of Natalia's added weight. I used to trace my illustrations in white paper using the mag's photo over a window. I also lost most of it in a cleaning accident!

These three survived:

3. Natalia and her boyfriend-actor Pablo Echarri.

Maybe I can post the initial sequence of Natalia's MORPHS in here at the SENSITIVE MORPHS tier one of these days? Those FILES survived the crash in a 1.44 Mb floppy disc!
