2024-07-03 19:08:24 +0000 UTCI love the twilight vs Rainbow dash arguing. Very intense but real as they collide. I also loved the perspective of everyone and their ways of learning. Really fun way to also showcase how they learn and how it does or doesn’t work. Yeah I don’t think it’s BS. I think it shows RD keeps mental catalogues and is aware of surrounds as she has to in order to be a wonderbolt. She does it instinctively but when it’s forced or needed she cannot. Yes I also hated the 100%. Like 98% at least? 😂😂 Pinkie’s rapping was amazing. Unexpected Yay I didn’t fail! 😋

(YAY Worldbuilding!) It is a delightful blend of comedy, creativity, and heartfelt moments which beautifully illustrates the importance of understanding and embracing different learning styles. - Some notes/thoughts/facts: - Good job in succeeding with your weightloss - congratz! I fkn 🤣 at your introduction with the "testing"-bit play on the title 😂 - It was masterful 🥰 Twilight Sparkle: "This is the most important test of your life!" Rainbow Dash: "Twilight, not everypony gets all freaked out about tests like you. Your freakouts are so epic, you sing whole freakout arias about freaking out." This was sooo self-referencial good! And also tells us that these songs in the show are truly canon and not just a imagitive representation. Do you remember what i told you about the magical heart-songs before? (I hope you do :D) I think this is therefore kinda also canon, which is awesome! Twilight: "Hey i am not that tall" - saying that while she is the one of the tallest ponies around after Celestia and Luna... You could say that RD has ADHD depending on the situation and if she is interested... which defines ADHD i think... in which case... erm... well... easy answer: yes you could say that 😅 Thats also the reason why RD needed a wakeup call... to even begin to take it serious... Still her saying it's Twilights fault was somewhat uncalled for and desperate times sometimes brings out the worst of us... and it's often not even ill-spirited being mean to others in these times, but still a thorn that can drive people away from one if they don't know you well enough. Twilight mentions Princess Celestia's favorite flight pattern as being the "Icaranian Sun Salutation," which is a reference to the mythological story of Icarus, who had his own makeshift wings and fell to his death after flying too close to the sun. - What does that tell us about this flight pattern and Celestias preferrence?? This bickering between Twilight and RD is was something else... and never seen like that. Thats why it was somewhat refreshing to see. Also that Fluttershy of all ponies had to step in with the loudest ever heard voice in the show... was hilarious. It's interesting to see which study method they all prefer: Twilight -> haycards Fluttershy -> a play (But maybe she should swap the actors for the next time :D) Pinkie Pie -> a 90s hip-hop rapsong?! (musical "intervention"?) Rarity -> Fashion-Design AJ -> ...APPLES... (wow, she is the very definition of apples) RD -> Daring Do writing a book about it i presume 🤣 (ah you took it right out of my mind again... are you a wizard of some kind?😉) I must admit Pinkies "The rappin' Hist'ry of the Wonderbolts" was very unexpected in alot of ways, still it was a good change towards the usual songs :D It's awesome to see that RD's learning method is about her passive awareness and cataloging of everything while she is flying around. But it naturally got also criticized for inducing the thought of laziness towards kids... - I call that bullshit... because that wasn't what this episodes lesson was about: Its about how everyone has his own way of learning and some can utilize already established learning methods, while others have to find their own study-method. Which is difficult nowadays considering the schools classes consist of more than 25 pupils each and tend to simplify these things... - But thats not my story to tell. I love how the whole town came together to help RD here - It was such a sweet moment. But... hold on a minute, now that you mentioned it... WHERE WAS DERPY?! 😲 I will boycott this episode just because of that 😅 One point I do criticize is that they gave her here a complete 100% - I don't know why exactly... but i think it would have been better to make something like 95% just for the sake of relatability. You meant "Hurricane Fluttershy". The difference in writing is easily explained: The staff consists of a couple of writers who each wrote different episodes. Each had their own story to tell and view on the maincast and sometimes some writers had problems with consistency of story and character-behavior. --- This concludes this episode which stands out as a meaningful episode that addresses the diverse ways in which individuals learn. By showcasing Rainbow Dash's struggles and the innovative methods used to help her, the episode highlights the importance of recognizing and accommodating different learning styles. While some viewers may find Rainbow Dash's behavior challenging, it realistically portrays the frustrations faced by those with learning difficulties. The episode successfully delivers an encouraging message that with the right approach, everyone can find a way to succeed. 2024-06-19 22:56:34 +0000 UTCBeautiful epsiode, rainbow dash is very relatable to lots of people who feel they can’t learn in school, I loved pinkies rap! 90s old school hip hop the fans were very surprised that was in there, the other study methods were pretty cool too like fluttershys play and rarity’s costume thing, also seeing rainbow pass the test with 100% gave me chills lol I’m very proud of her!
