Quick Little Reminder

What's up everyone! I know this is already the pinned post on our Patreon but I just want to remind everyone that we can not promise nor advertise for every video to be uploaded on the timing with Youtube. Atleast as of right now. We will eventually be able to do that but that will be a little later down the line when we all can move into a house and dedicate more time to the channel! We all have outside jobs that we have to work so sometimes filming can't get done as well as our editors having jobs as well!
[Watch Alongs]
Also again for the "Watch Alongs" videos since more people have been bringing it up again. We can not show the video on screen. That would be a huge copyright infringement! I know some other Patreons do it and that is their choice but if they were to get caught they run the risk of getting their whole Patreon and Youtube getting shut down and to us that is just not worth it. Trust us we would love to show the video on screen just as much as y'all but we do not think it's smart running the risk of losing everything!

So a lot of you have been asking about why Supernatural has barely been on Patreon and asking when will it be. Unfortunately that just has to do with us not having as much time to film that. We decided to get a week ahead on Patreon on Teen Wolf and HunterxHunter first because Teen Wolfs we do with Nathans dad so we wanted to make sure to film that whenever we can since Nathans dad isn't always available. The reason we also decided to do Hunter first is because their episodes are only 24 minutes long so they are much faster to do!. We will eventually get ahead on Supernatural but as of right now they will be uploaded on Patreon whenever they are done by the editor!

I completely agree with the DMCA and its been a nightmare for twitch, the reason Patreon is safe from that is DMCA is automated on twitch and youtube because its free, if they decide to dmc everyone they will lose money just for paying every Paywall. Its just how you look at it. I have no problem with the watch alongs, just trying to help you guys reach even more people. Have a great night.

That would pretty much make our Patreon a streaming service for shows we don’t legally have the right to stream it. Another thing is look at what has been going on with the DMCA stuff recently. People really had no worries for years and then out of nowhere DMCA started going at people hard to the point where streamers were deleting their whole video archive in the fear of getting their accounts deleted. I even remember a specific Fortnite event that had to do with Marvel where streamers had to mute the game sound since they were afraid of getting DMCAed - nathan

2021-07-05 18:14:05 +0000 UTCFrom what I heard, it's very cumbersome for copyright holders to check for copyright infringement on patreon because of the paywall and because patreon lacks a copyright detector like youtube. Copyright holders have to do a lot manual labor and lose money in the process. Patreon "protects" reactors because patreon make a lot of money off copyrighted material. Note that a lot of reactors of years have been doing it with no warnings. Patreons paywall is a blessing take advantage of it. There's a reason everyone that does reactions has a Patreon with full videos that's because Patreon has a Paywall and has protection against these sort of stuff, give it a shot you won't regret it.
