That last paragraph summarized everything!
Rarity been given so much love this season and I love how they dove into her fashion dreams and pursuits. Seeing her a subject to assembly line conditions was depressing and makes the ending so satisfying.
Sally was a great addition as she has done this countless times but rarity did not allow for her to ruin it. She tried to ruin her vision!
When we think back to S1 and see her now, this growth is CRAZY! Love this for her and she’s now a pony I look forward to seeing in every facet of fun or serous.

- Some notes/thoughts/facts: -
"strawberry cinnamon cilantro cupcakes" 🤢
You are talking about Coco Pommel, she still works in Manehattan for the Bridleway-Theatre
"TLC stands for 'Time, Love, and Couture'" - Wasn't it tender, love and care? 🤔
- seems like she adopted and rebranded it for her purpose.
Twilight sitting there in the dress waving her hoofes like that, was kinda odd...

She herself seems to be uncomfortable to be on display like this...
The song "Rules of Rarity" reminds me so much of "Art of the Dress" from S1E14. Both songs have that musical theater vibe and take us through different stages of Rarity's feelings:
- First, she starts off productive and enthusiastic, but then the monotony of mass production gets to her, making her feel restless and upset. She realizes this isn't what she wanted, and even when she gets a spark of inspiration for a new design, it's sadly rejected.
- In the first reprise, we see that even though Rarity has everything she thought she wanted, fame and success, she's deeply unhappy and depressed. The factory-like production process makes her realize she can't maintain her principles of tender loving care for her dresses. So, she decides to close her store with a final sale.
- Then, in the second reprise, she remembers her original principles and her love for creating unique dresses. This brings back her joy and helps her figure out how to move forward.
I absolutely love Rarity's singing voice..!
She gives me "Karen" vibes...

and her Name is "Cayenne"... - do you see the similarities? 😅
Sassy Saddles: "What?! No! Oh, you can't, Rarity! I-I've worked too hard to make this a success! I can't be a part of another failed boutique!"
- ANOTHER failed boutique? What did she do before? She also seems to be well known in this business... - anyway, it didnt seem like she had some ulterior motives... she was just too eager to make this boutique a success.
And in the end Sassy Saddles understands the rules of Rarity and is permitted to stay as the manager of the "Canterlot Boutique"
This episode in overall had very interesting new pony designs:
"Sunshine Smiles"

and "Moonlight Raven"

these two are taking the other princess dresses (inspired by Celestia and Luna) suited for their complexion.
And much more...

This concludes yet another compelling episode of My Little Pony, specifically focusing on Rarity’s entrepreneurial journey. I was thrilled to see Rarity achieve her dream of opening a boutique in Canterlot, a testament to the show's consistent ability to deliver on themes of ambition and personal dreams.
Introducing Sassy Saddles as Rarity's new business partner added a refreshing dynamic to the episode. Sassy's brisk and business-oriented approach, especially her fixation on selling a single dress design, brought an interesting contrast to Rarity's creative ambitions. The episode cleverly illustrated the potential pitfalls of mass production, showing how the unique can become ordinary when creativity is overshadowed by commercialism.
Rarity's emotional journey in this episode was particularly impactful. She achieved fame and success by selling her dress in large quantities, but this did not satisfy her creative desires. The resulting sense of unfulfillment highlighted the loss of love and luster in her work, a poignant exploration of the episode's themes of capitalism and the balance between supply and demand.
Overall, this was an amazing episode for Rarity, showcasing her growth from a previously one-dimensional character into a multifaceted one with each passing season. This episode’s moral beautifully revolved around the balance of passion and practicality in business, underscoring the importance of staying true to oneself and one's creative vision. The fashion served as the perfect backdrop to set this message and mood. The dynamic between Rarity and Sassy Saddles, especially the conflict between maintaining artistic integrity and achieving commercial success, was well-explored. Rarity's decision to give both her boutique and Sassy a second chance was a great approach of redeeming both.
Thanks for reacting to this 💙

Rarity finally opens her dream shop! I’m so happy to see her succeed! The more the show goes on the more I love rarity her character development has been amazing, she’s perfect in this season, also this definitely was a criticism of capitalism and trends that start getting old fast and losing what once was great and now just basically factory made stuff, also I loved the song felt like a musical! It was beautiful, rarity has a great singing voice!
