Not trying to sound repetitive but this is all a matter of perspective. Yes, if you look at this as a supernatural show Allison's character is boring, unimportant, and flat. The problem is that that is not what the show is for episodes 1-6 and 10-11. The show is a teen romance point blank period and from that perspective Allison's character is extremely important and complex. Episodes 7-9 are transitionary episodes where they focus much more on the supernatural stuff and that is why they break Scott and Allison up. Think of these episodes as developing the supernatural side of Teen wolf. Also from here on out the show is no longer a teen romance but full on a supernatural romantic tragedy.

*GASP! 😧* how dare you, nathan. Lydia is a great person. But you’re right, she does have faithful issues. 😂 but nathan, hold your breath because i promise you, you will start to like lydia. And i agree that allison is a boring character. I never really cared for her. The whole scott and allison romance got old really fast for me and it felt forced. And I can’t wait for you all to see stiles development throughout the show. Because he is the GOAT. And one of my top favs. My top favs for teen wolf would be:
