Im just gonna comment this Mikey.... You met Mr. 9 and Miss Wednesday.... Remember that guy Zoro fought and killed in his debut scene in the Live Action?.... that guy's name was Mr. 7 That's all im gonna say for now about the subject. And also this... when the old man (Crocus) says Laboon is a "Whale with a Human Heart" he says that metaphorically. And finally... they're not in the West Blue, remember that all the canals that converge in Reverse Mountain come from the 4 major seas and end up inside The Grand Line. The old man was only saying that Laboon's species comes from the West Blue.

XD I still remember how surreal it was seeing this arc for the first time once I started watching the uncut DVD's. Why? Because 4Kids cut this arc entirely and replaced Laboon with an iceberg that Luffy blows up with a cannon. Why? Maybe they didn't like talking about whale hunting or something. I don't even know.
