Wet Pallet (UPDATE!) 🖌️🎨

Hey Miniature Makers!

Last week we released our first wet pallet! If you've never seen these before, they're a tool used to keep your miniature paints from drying out on your pallet (as they love to do 😒)

Recap of How it Works

• Start by inserting a sponge. It works with the thicker (cheap) kitchen sponges as well as the flatter cloth-like ones stacked together. 
• Fill the bottom tray with a small amount of water. You don't have to fill the reservoir, just use enough to keep the sponge well-saturated.
• Next, cut a small piece of wet pallet paper (paper specifically designed for this purpose), or cheap parchment paper to size to sit on top.
• Slot the Pallet Middle into the Pallet Base to hold the sponge and paper securely in place. 
• Ready to paint! Now when you drop some paint onto the paper, enough moisture will get through to keep your paint from going dry. 
• Extend the life of your paints between painting sessions by placing the Wet Pallet Lid on when you're done. 

**Texture Pallet UPDATE**

After some awesome feedback from you guys, we wanted to make an update for this set to take it up a notch! A special THANK YOU to those who go out of their way to leave a like, comment, or suggestion to let us know how we're doing :D Special Shoutout to Anthony G, who left some awesome suggestions that got us thinking about improvements.

As a result, you now have the Textured Wet Pallet. An updated version of the original that now includes two awesome textured lid designs, as well as a slim base option for those who are using thinner sponges. Now thin sponges won't need to be stacked as much, and you can test all of your paints from your wet pallet right on the lid! You also have the option of just printing magnetic inserts for your standard lid, enabling the need for only a small amount of resin printing. We think this is a great addition to this tool, and we love to get as many helpful features into these items as possible.

• Magnets are optional, but 5x1mm Magnet slots are included on each part for a snappy assembly

What Paper to Use

The best paper to use is wet pallet paper and if you shop around online you can get a stack for quite cheap but I find the cheap supermarket's own-brand none stick baking paper works just fine.

Printing

• We recommend printing the main body and lid in FDM if possible, to achieve the best fit. A textured insert can then be printed in Resin, for the highest level of detail. 
• With FDM remember to print it with 100% infill as it needs to be watertight!
• They come laid flat for FDM and Fully Pre-supported for Resin printing.
