The next game...(Public)

Personally I prefer the Galaxy Explorer because I like the genre, the traing/combat/raiding, you could adapt some concepts from the game Star Traders Frontier (though the ship combat and the RNG is awful). Also if possible add incest and possible pregnancy.

All ideas are great. I feel like a lot of adult games are visual novels, so don't do more of that please :D Personally I enjoy fantasy games, on Nutaku.com you can find Eroico, an Amazing 2D platforming game. Adventuring is fun and the RPG element gives a sense of progression and advancing in the game. The hotel manager game sounds fun, but isn't there a lot of those games out there already? Maybe not in the adult genre. I have to say, many adult games start with the story that you are a scum, you're alone and miserable. Why does the hotel manager have to be such a loser? xD Is there a reason? Why not be a single guy around 30 with a vision to create … hotels?! I don't know … Haha

I have to compliment you Faerin, this is by far the best adult game I've ever played, it's exciting and you can do a lot! Keep up the good work on a brilliant job, I'm sure that the next story will be epic as well!

You could almost do a series of stages where you start off managing a motel that rents rooms by the hour. As you improve the profitability of the hotel you get promoted to nicer and nicer hotels improving the quality of the employees and clientele you interact with on a dailiy basis.

Thanks for the feedback Johnny! I'm actually considering putting up an additional poll, once the winning game concept has been decided, to determine specifics (MC age, storyline, some gameplay elements, etc.). That's the benefit of being in such an early development phase, a lot of these "minor" things can still be changed/improved!

Let me share with you my thoughts about Hotel manager concept (just for clarification, yes, I’ve voted for it). I don’t like very much the idea of some “magic” making luxurious hotel falling into hands of a “loser” (unfortunate guy, no ofence). Make it the hard way, make MC earn it somehow, please... even with help of the family, relatives or bunch of friends, it would sound far more believable and enjoying achievements much sweeter. :-) The game will be about some “life path” anyway (I really don’t mean “sillly linear VN”, that’s not what I’d expect from Faerin at this point). I would also vote to make the MC younger a bit (let say about mid-30s) - just to give him enough time to grow into successfull manager. Too young (20s) woldn’t sound believable as well. Again, just thoughts... I trust Faerin that even keeping the concept as is could work, story would be well thought and I’m looking forward to the first beta indeed... :-)

Imo, the Galaxy explorer is the best concept, potential sci-fi adult toys, devices and gadgets, just think of the possibilities! Plus, there are already several aduld hotel managment games, while sci-fi are more scarce.

I like the idea of the Hotel Manager game from the 'family side'. You inherit a small hotel that you and siblings must run. You could make the age of the siblings anything and it would still work. Plus, siblings gives you your first employees, who may not be completely willing, giving you your first trust building exercise.

The Hotel theme as described in the PDF sounds great including the 40 year old divorcee. Too many people here think life ends at 40. It doesn’t. An “experienced” MC could make for more interesting story roles, twists and developments. Knowledge is power.

Space exploring when Subverse got U$ 2M on kickstarter and is at one step to launch is foolish. Hotel Management... Maybe, more your style, you might be more confortable in working with that, but 40s? No. 20-30, OK, but 40s? No, too old. I voted on the RPG. But I suggest that you have a bunch of backtracking returning to cities you have been before to unlock more content with the NPCs, kinda like what you do in MotH, with entire story arcs with NPCs and not just a linear adventure like a Final Fantasy (and please, please, Rape on Lose... No. Seriously, No. That's a bad choice of design that so many games took, if it has femdom, and rape, make it like events, not a prize for not even trying).

How about we put all 3 ideas together. MC used to be a rouge with a dark past. Now, He uses his saving to open a new Space Hotel and to attract all of the beautiful alien adventurers. Just kidding... Honestly, I'm happy with either of the 3 ideas. Best of Luck!

Hotel manager can be a spinoff maybe of MotH? I think you have a solid start on world-building with MotH and it'd be a shame if its left to the wayside. of course just my opinion :)

hotel manager will be more my style but i really hope a sequel of man of the house because i have on my hard drive over 450 GB of data for game and your game is one of my favorite by far, i really love your game so i hope a side story or sequel and at the end of your game i think i'm going to be in pain and really sad :'( even if in the same time i really want to see the end of the game with a mad sm orgy with all the women mike already f--k ;) peace

Just to clarify, it's not though. The focus will (still) be on the relationships of the mc and the girls and some of the guests and the mc, not so much (if at all) the guests and the girls.
