Well 3rd Hokage's full name was Sarutobi Hiruzen. Also, Shisui's eye was very important, and that is the reason Danzo had it and Madara wants it as well. It holds the Kotoamatsukami(not sure if it had been actually named in the last episodes), the ability to completely control someone else without them realizing. Ability which Danzo used at the summit to control the samurai guy into making him the leader of the alliance. And as a separate note, Karin was from the Village hidden in the Grass, based on the headband from the chuunin exams
