F*CK YOU 2020

Hey Everyone!

I hope you all had lovely festive Christmas and enjoyed some lovely season treats and cakes.

We all know 2020 has been a difficult year for everyone, really strange times we live in. As we reflect on this house on fire that is 2020 we should remain hopeful for a redeemable 2021! Where we might possibly once again be able to hug loved ones, shake hands with strangers again and just be able to go to the pub and go to a bar like normal again.

Personally this year just keeps giving, even at Christmas when I received the lovely gift of COVID-19. My boyfriend and I tested positive for Covid the day after Christmas.
Let me tell you, the symptoms are not great, not gonna lie this week so far has been tough and might seems to be getting a little better, but I heard the symptoms get better and then they get a little worse before going away. So not really doing any celebrating this new year. 

Don't worry though, as far as severity go, I do not need to go to hospital, I just need to sit it out and let it run its course. 

As careful as everyone is I think this new strain of Covid running rampant in the UK is no joke when it comes to contagion. Luckily it's not more severe than the original Covid strain.

So again apologies for the delay in the series coming out, my head has really not been with it this week. But when I a able, hopefully next week, the next series will be out.

Now, I hope you all celebrate the new year as safely as possible, if you are staying in, I would recommend watching "Death to 2020" on Netflix, it's a hilarious comedy filled look back on the monumental shitshow that this year really was.
If you are not on medication and can drink alcohol, I would advise getting shit-faced drunk, because that would be what I would be doing in my living room if I didn't feel like a sac of beaten up potatoes right now.
