Here's an alternate take on the arguably fetishistic punishments Sir Nighteye would subject to Bubble Girl for not displaying enough humor in her work. Until she was as bubbly as the quicksand she was sinking in, she wouldn't be allowed to get out. Try as she might though, Bubble Girl just couldn't find the humor in being sucked under a quicksand pit as much as others seemingly do, and it would seem her last bubble may burst sooner than later.
