theon wasnt a slave tho , he was a ward , there were no slaves in winterfall that was against their law , did you forget that mormont was exiled because of that? it was ned stark who exiled him , it wasn't only the stark family that killed the greyjoys , they rebelled against robert baratheon who was king , and ned stark had the duty of protecting kings landing and king robert , ned wasnt the only one to kill , lannisters also killed greyjoys , as well as other families , they choose that war and they knew the consequences of that war , ned protected innocent families , and he was kind enough to spare theon life , theon life has nothing but NOTHING to do with african american lifes , and btw yall can vote , i never once was refused a vote in my entire life.

Francisco Morais

Theon had good reason to betray them, and pacts and oaths are very important in this world.

A

Nah lol, Sending Theon to get help was very needed, it didn’t even well, him marrying the girl is meaningless who cares about the pact with dudes daughter he never seen her who said yes to him.

Bory

Pedos tell you they don’t like anyone, brother is a pedo

Bory

the dany slander is craaazy

This is the episode I realized Arya was in my top 3 fav characters.

Quick question; Have you noticed how skilled Jaqen H'ghar is as an assassin, always able to escape any sticky situation? Doesn't it seem odd that someone with his talents was captured in the first place? Remember, Arya met him while fleeing King's Landing, and he was in a cage with two other prisoners on their way to the Night's Watch. How could someone so skilled and elusive have been caught? Moreover, what was he doing in King's Landing to begin with? 🤔

I also agree that Ned Stark would not have let Theon go if Theon had asked. The terms of the agreement were clear: Theon was taken as a captive to prevent the Greyjoys from uprising and causing chaos within the realm. Under normal circumstances, a captive like Theon in another house, or under another lord, would have likely been treated much more harshly. However, Ned Stark, being a man of strong morals and principles, would never mistreat or abuse his captive. Despite raising Theon alongside his own sons and treating him well, Ned Stark always understood the true purpose of Theon's captivity. He recognized that Theon’s presence was a strategic measure to ensure the Greyjoys' compliance. Therefore, no matter how well Theon was integrated into the Stark household, Ned would not have released him, as doing so would undermine the entire premise of Theon's captivity.

The Tyrell females are not to be underestimated 👀

Not paying attention to the map doesn’t take away from the GOT experience. It’s more of something you pick up after watching multiple times through.

ClampGod21

I think the main thing people always miss is Sansa has been told/also likely somewhat understands already that when Stannis takes King's Landing, that he will not harm her, and in fact, due to his respect and loyalty to not only Ned but also for doing what is expected of him, he would safely get her back to her family. When Sansa goes to lock herself in her room, everyone in Kings Landing thinks that Stannis is going to win at that point (no one knows that Tywin and the Tyrells are coming). I do agree that she also stays because she isn't sure if she can trust the Hound, but I think more importantly, she knows that being under Stannis's care is more of a sure bet.

Gen B

woah I never noticed that

KyGames

Oh sweet summer children, I can't wait for the next few seasons!

Rachael

Did you guys notice that the smoke demon that the Red Woman birthed looked like Stannis?

VictoriaM

Great point about the difference between willing to kill for your kid vs willing to die for them. Especially because people who kill their kids also often love them as much as anyone else 🫠

Shay Kumar

I think uall missed it in season 1 but when Little Finger implies that Varys likes young boys, Varys says he has no sexual interest in anyone. I think don't think yall heard Vary's reply so yall immediately didn't like him because you thought he was a pedo as well as being sneaky. Just wanted to let yall know in case you missed it. Love your reactions! Yall are so entertaining and funny.

Vanessa Nalani

I feel what Brandon was saying about Catelyn and Cersei being the same. Neither listens to their men, in a time where that was expected behavior, because they were let down by them. That’s why they aren’t relying on anyone to defend their children. They’re both willing to kill for their kids, but I think Catelyn is willing to die for them and Cersei isn’t. They’re both selfish, they’re both unable to see the big picture, they think they know better than everyone else and they’re both incredibly proud to the point it makes them near sighted.

ChristinaVVM

Can you guys add the history and lore after each season?

Mel Issa

Theon was there to ensure his dad didn’t act up. If his dad rebelled against Robert, then Ned would have probably have to kill Theon.

Mel Issa

^ W Reference changing faces 😂😂

Demon Rick

Yall are gonna have to pay attention to the map from here on end

Jerard Meadows

My boy turned into Kendrick on The Heart pt 5 video

Jerard Meadows

The "brotherhood of no banner", as old-man Lannister calls them, certainly are one of those creepy things thrown in by GoT. Not as creepy as the Red Witch birthing a demon, though.

Hope we will see season 3 soon 😎 Awesome commentary 👏

JOES

Fantastic reaction! So enjoying revisiting this series with you.

VictoriaM

I’m already ready for Season 3!!!!!

ClampGod21

Season 2 question: What is your Stark rank list this season 2? Mine personally has Arya at the top, and Catelyn at the bottom.

Cess

Ned Stark was an honorable man but he followed law…. He would’ve always treated Theon good but he would’ve NEVER let him leave! I empathize with Theon cause he does have trauma (but it doesn’t excuse what he did)

One Blacque Gyrl

Up the poll on em then😂

HayJay

Thank you guys! Right on time.

Charlotte Drolet

Under-rated take…I have now come to fully accept that “Tywin” is now “Tyrone”

Alisa Day

Robb didnt make a pact with Cat. It was with Walder Fray (Filch) so it is a very big betrayal in this time period. And an unnecessary as Kings dont even have to be loyal whereas Cat was worried for her daughters lives

Matthew

Ay yoooo!!! Addison “you think his dad gonna be like you did your thang son now ima need thing thing” 😂😂

TDaTruthReacts

I wouldn't want to live in a world with Faceless Men.

A

Robb acts on his feelings more than Catelyn does! He sent Theon to the Iron Islands, when even someone who cares about Theon can see he isn't the person to trust with anything important. Marrying a woman because you love her when you already made a strategic match is also very selfish, whereas Catelyn went along with Robb's plan for Jaime until she knew that Jaime would be killed by the Stark men. And they went out of their way in this episode to show how important keeping a vow/betrothal was with Joffrey because they already had a whole play set up with people begging him to set Sansa aside and why, and also that the church backs him.

A

The “no diddy” comments are KILLING me 💀

kyllo

Jaqen H’gar is too O.P he can lowkey Finesse and infiltrate higher ups and fuck shit up

Demon Rick

I’ve got to say i love when yall drop this 2 episodes in 1 day format so much can’t wait to renu my Patreon, it’s paced so well so had to say Thanks and We’ve all been loving the reactions as you can tell🙏🤝

Demon Rick

Regarding Theon, it’s such a complicated thing and played so well by Alfie Allen. I understand how he got to this point (what he did to Winterfell) and agree with how much it would have messed with his mind as a child to be taken hostage and then be told to be grateful for it. But he was still treated humanely, retained high social status and lived better than common people in Winterfell. So, while I understand how he got to this point, it in no way excuses what he did.

Melissa

I just finished 8. Now I can finish the season tonight. I can’t wait until you guys see the remaining seasons.

Yolanda McKinney

Just what I needed with this case of insomnia. Now I have something good to watch. Season 2 question. If you’re Sansa, would you really have taken up the Hound in his offer to take her out of King’s Landing? Taking into account everything she’s seen and already been through? Would you have enough trust?

Melissa

Let’s go ! I just finished 8 too

Jimmy Lazo

Finale time!

Slick447

Ahhhh im so excited for yall to start getting into the real sh!t lol. They’ve been setting everything up nicely. Keep doing your thing

Kianna Shannon
