If you are going off an unbiased opinion and think about vocal technicality, strength and stability then, JK is definitely the best singer within BTS, I love how they all are vocally very different from one another and at the end of they day we all have preferances. Just like ARMY would say J hope is the best dancer, Namjoon is the best lyricist and we as a whole wouldn't deny it, JK is also the best singer which is why he was made the main singer of BTS and it isn't without reason BTS themselves also would agree. Try listening to BTS songs with earphones on and you can hear the crazy runs and adlibs he does in the back. If the question was favourite singer I would say Jimin or Tae. I love Jimin but I wouldn't say he's the best singer in BTS in terms of technicality which is one of the reasons I personally like his voice, I like his imperfections.
