Deepspace: Gayge Captain of the Lota Lota X-15 (Ea)(Com)

The Lota Lota X-15 sat docked at the Olixion-12 space station. It was one of the only space stations in deep space where pilots could dock and get fuel, parts, and other stuff they may need at a heavy markup since the owners import the things they sell from outside deepspace.

Gayge had fueled up when he landed, but currently he’s just docked so he could do some maintenance to the Lota Lota X-15. The ship model itself wasn’t anything fancy and is one of the most common types of ships on the market.

It doesn’t come with much in terms of weapons; it’s also not as fast as other ships. So most people don’t glance twice at it, and some even laugh that a ship like this is floating around in deepspace, as they think it was going to get destroyed imminently.

Gayge knew people thought that way, but Gayge was a master mechanic who used to design and build ships like this for the corporations. So while others saw junk, Gayge saw the perfect base to build the perfect ship from.

One of the best features of the Lota Lota X-15 was how it handled energy. The ship protects its parts from energy surges, so no matter how much energy it creates or is blasted at it, none of the parts will overheat or short-circuit. It can even absorb energy and shoot it back at enemies.

Because of those features, Gayge realized he could make the ship incredibly powerful by simply installing two energy cores. So when he first bought the ship, he removed the pathetic Sextos-T2 core and replaced it with a dual Helious-X10 core system.

In comparison, just one Helious-X10 core is about twenty times more powerful than the Sextos-T2 and is commonly used in massive transport ships, so having two in a ship like Lota Lota X-15 was not only crazy but was likely never done before.

However, for as crazy as it was, it worked. Gayge was amazed to find the ship handled vast amounts of energy with ease. Not only can he use all of his ship's features at once, but he can easily do so at one hundred percent power.

It gets better though, since the ship can handle having extra energy, he can make any system function go past one hundred percent. Say for example his shields: for every percent over a hundred he sets it, the more powerful the ship's shields get.

So two hundred percent power on the shields causes them to double in durability and effectiveness. If it’s the engines, he can double or even triple its max speed, no longer making the Lota Lota X-15 one of the slowest ships.

Even the weapons on the ship are affected by this. Before, they could only fight normal ships and barely leave a scratch on more powerful ones, but now, Gayge can cut the lasers on his ship to cut a massive starship in half.

Thanks to how powerful the ship is now, because of Gayge’s double-core idea, it’s not to be messed with; however, its best power comes from looking like a cheap, pathetic ship. In the chance of running into an enemy, most people underestimate Gayge and his Lota Lota X-15

That leaves them quite surprised when they get taken out and watch Gayge fly off. Of course, even with such upgrades, it’s a normal ship and other parts wear down and need to be fixed and replaced from time to time, which was what Gayge was doing.

Once he finished disposing of the unusable parts, he heard a group of pilots on the station calling his ship a piece of shit. He smiled to himself, got on his ship, told his ships AI Medow, to start the ship, and set the thrusters to three hundred percent.

He then took off from the station with enough force to shake the whole station and push down the group of pilots who made fun of his ship. Gayge then headed in a random direction looking for something interesting. Weeks of traveling afterward led to nothing, but that changed in a moment.

Gayge received a distress signal from Zeta-13. It was strange, but it was also interesting, so off he went. He arrived to find the space around it in a complete mess. There were so many anomalies occurring, causing things that just shouldn’t be possible to happen.

Things like lightning striking each other and creating large asteroids of gold that start moving at incredible speeds, and even turning parts of the space white, almost like it inverted the colors. Gayge knew this was trouble, but more trouble usually meant more riches to claim.

So he told Medow to overclock the shields and the thrusters and set them both to max. She nodded and did so, which caused the Lota Lota X-15 to start shooting through the anomaly field. Thanks to the speed, Gayge was able to avoid most of the anomalies that were spawning around him.

The few times he couldn’t, the shields saved him, not once breaking. After clearing the mess of anomalies around Zeta-13, Gayge was able to land and walk outside, where he met up with the others who managed to survive that minefield.

They spoke for awhile before everyone headed towards the orbital elevator. While on the elevator, Gayge noticed something strange. It almost looked like the space station was starting to vanish. Gayge thought he was seeing things until he wasn’t.

The space station suddenly disappeared because of another anomaly, and the group of pilots started falling towards the ground. Gayge, like several other pilots, called their ship to save them and was luckily caught in time.

As Gayge sat on the top of his ship slowly going down to the surface, he looked at himself and noticed himself and his ship were starting to glow. The next thing Gayge knew, she was lying on the ground with no ship, or people around her.

She sat up and felt something very heavy pull her chest down. Gayge looked down and found she was now carrying around a pair of very large breasts. Gayge couldn’t believe it and she went to touch them, and that’s when she learned she now had mechanical arms.

Gayge inspected her whole body, only to discover somehow she had become a busty, red-headed cyborg. She had strange mechanical parts all over her; from her knees down, her shoulders down, and from below her chest down to her waist had been completely replaced.

Yet, under her exoskeleton, she could feel her crotch and knew it was still there, yet somehow no longer her manhood. Gayge had no idea how this was possible, but with all the crazy things the anomalies have done, it was the only answer.

Gayge knew she couldn’t risk being there too long. She had to get her ship, get to the center of Zeta-13 and then get the hell out of here. She pressed what seemed like her communicator to try and call her ship, but got no response.

She was really worried the anomalies did something to her ship, like they had done to her, and as she tried to communicate with it, she accidentally did something and somehow started hearing the thoughts of one of the other pilots.

Gayge could hear them inspecting themself; it seemed they too had turned into a cyborg. Gayge continued to listen, even trying to look around and see where this person was, but couldn’t see them; however, she was able to figure out what happened to her ship.

The other pilot, whose thoughts she was somehow reading, realized she had fused with her ship, and if that was the case for her, that meant Gayge had done the same. Suddenly Gayge felt her chest heating up, and it broke her focus and she was no longer hearing the other pilot.

Gayge touched her breasts and sure enough, they were hot to the touch. Which made sense if she was fused with her ship; the way it was designed, it dealt with a lot of energy and tended to be quite hot, but this other feeling she had in her crotch was an unknown side effect.

Gayge ignored it and started to mess around with her new body. She wasn’t sure how long she’d have it, but for now she did and had to use it, which meant adjusting to it and figuring out how it works. She ran a systems check, which gave her a full list of her abilities.

It seems when she fused, her ship's unique energy abilities went with it and changed a bit. So now she basically has psionic abilities. She can use telepathy and telekinesis and even sometimes see glimpses of the future.

She also has her ship's ability to adapt to the energy used on it. So if someone uses any ability or technique on her, she can copy it and use it against them. So say someone uses a fire ability on her; she could then start shooting fire back at them.

Of course her powers come with a large drawback: that burning in her chest was a sign she was overusing her powers. She could use her powers to their max potential as long as she wanted, but the more she did, the more her breasts would heat up and become more sensitive.

It also had another effect, one that started with her becoming sexually aroused and eventually getting to the point of being a desperately moaning bimbo. Gayge gulped; the powers were cool but the side effect made her nervous.

It sounds like if she used them too much, she’d lose control of herself, drop to the ground and start pleasuring herself, or perhaps she’d get to the point where she doesn’t stop using power, and make it so she was constantly aroused.

She needed to be really careful. Gayge then took a step forward in an attempt to head towards the center of Zeta-13. As she did, her psionic abilities activated, specifically her clairvoyance. She suddenly saw visions of the center where she was heading.

When the visions stopped, Gayge was shocked to find herself on the ground, with her finger inside her womanhood. It seemed her clairvoyance had used so much energy she started doing this, which was seeing the vision. She had no choice but to finish herself off, since she was so desperate, but afterward, she was heading to the center to claim Zeta-13 for her own.
