Cursed Object: Spacesuit (Ea)

Ean Woodard opened his eyes and smiled. He then got out of bed and floated over to his window and opened the curtain. His room was filled with light from the sun, and Ean got a wonderful look at the earth and the space around it.

He couldn’t help but feel excited each and every day he woke up here in the space station, though soon he’d be leaving, as he’d already been here longer than normal. Today was officially day two hundred and twelve, meaning tomorrow he was leaving.

Ean grabs his recorder and starts to log his thoughts on his final day as he goes about his daily duties. Halfway through the day a shuttle docks on the space station, and out comes a pair of astronauts who’ll be replacing Ean and his partner Doug for the next few months.

They chat for a bit, then help unload all the new supplies they brought up with them, including a set of new spacesuits. Ean was disappointed he wouldn’t get to try the new spacesuits, but everyone agreed there was no reason he couldn’t.

The new people took over their duties so Ean and Doug could go for one last spacewalk. Ean excitedly ran to the airlock and started to get changed into one of the new spacesuits, while Doug got into his normal one.

Once Ean was in his suit, he noticed it was a bit strange. It was much tighter in certain places than the standard suit and extremely loose in other areas, like the hips and chest. The helmet was also much larger and looked more like a fishbowl.

Ean looked at the new people and asked them if these were really the new suits and if it was safe to use them. They nodded and said that’s what they were told. Ean shrugged and had no reason to doubt them. So he attached the line to his suit and Doug did the same. 

They then opened the airlock and hoped for the best. Once they were face-to-face with the vastness of space, they each took a leap and flew forward.  Ean’s suit seemed to be working fine and was even easier to maneuver in. 

Having made sure Ean didn’t start dying right away, Doug decided to go off on his own to do some last-minute checks on some parts outside, while Ean just walked around looking at their beautiful solar system.

After some time, Ean noticed her space suit starting to expand. She looked down and saw that the areas that were loose looked like they had been filled out. Ean pushed her hands down on her chest, which was one of the areas.

It felt strangely squishy and sensitive, and she thought maybe it was some sort of special airbag to protect the wearer in space and that it probably activated by mistake. It didn’t seem like a big deal, but she hoped the reason it was sensitive wasn’t because it had hurt her.

Though if it did, wouldn’t she feel it? She shook her head; she couldn’t inspect it here, and she wasn’t ready to go inside yet. So she was just going to float and enjoy what she worked her whole life to achieve.

After about ten minutes, Doug said he was done checking things and was returning to head inside. Ean got up and started to make her way back to the airlock. She made it back before Doug, so she just stood around waiting.

Doug ended up coming up behind her and looked confused. He activated his coms and asked who was standing at the airlock. Ean got the message and was confused. She used hers and told Doug it was her Ean, and that no one could come out until they both went back in.

Doug's face looked shocked. He, of course, knew that was how this airlock worked, so when he came back to see what was clearly a curvy, busty woman instead of the regular-looking guy he’d trained and worked with for years, he was confused about how she got out here.

Doug asked Ean if she felt okay. Ean said she felt fine, then asked him if he was around and watching her. Ean then turned around to see Doug floating there with shock washed over his face. Doug couldn’t bring himself to say anything when he saw the front of Ean.

There was no doubt to him that there was a woman standing in front of him. Ean now had a huge chest, feminine face, and medium-length curly hair. Ean asked him several times what was wrong and finally had to shake him out of his shock.

Doug, not wanting Ean to panic, said they should go inside first. She said, Alright, and the two went inside the airlock and initiated the process to get back inside. Ean then went to remove her spacesuit, but Doug told her to wait and not to take it off until he got back.

He then ran out of the airlock into the main part of the space station. He came back a few minutes later with the lead supervisor of the space station, Jenna, who also proceeded to have a very concerning, shocked look. 

Ean once again asked what was going on, but instead of getting an answer, she was asked to go into one of the containment rooms and stay in her spacesuit. She did so, knowing something serious had to be going on.

Once she was in, she was sealed inside. Jenna ordered Ean to remove her spacesuit and do her best not to freak out when she saw herself. That really didn’t help Ean stay calm, as now she knew something happened to her.

She began to remove the space suit, and once it was off, Ean discovered what they had: that her body had changed drastically. She also knew the reason she felt strange and why her suit had filled out.

She had somehow become a woman with a big enough chest, butt, and hips to perfectly fill out the areas in the suit that had been too large when she put it on. Worse than that, though, her outfit underneath her spacesuit had ripped apart from how much larger her new parts were.

Ean looked at Doug and Jenna and asked what was going on. She wanted to know how this was possible. Neither had an answer, just only a few theories, none of which really made sense. If it were some cosmic radiation, Doug at the very least would have been affected as well.

If it was from something biological, chances are it would have affected them all with how quickly it changed Ean, however, just to be safe, they’ve put her in quarantine. Jenna said she’d go alert the others so they can run some tests and get ahold of headquarters. 

Jenna left and Doug sat there looking at what was the sexiest woman he’d ever seen, one who was wearing tattered and ripped clothing, which meant certain parts of her amazing body were on display for him to see.

Ean noticed his glances and covered herself up and called him a pervert. He apologized and turned around since he couldn't stop himself from starting. He then did his best to comfort his friend, but eventually the topic of how it felt came up.

Ean was a bit embarrassed by that question. It didn’t feel awful, like she wasn’t in pain or anything. It was just humiliating and confusing. She never imagined something like this was possible and had no way of explaining how it could have happened.

Doug laughed and said that wasn’t really what he meant. He wanted to know what it was like to have massive boobs. Ean sighed and tossed her helmet at the window as she called him a pervert again. She then threatened to infect him with whatever space virus that did this to her.

Dough laughed and playfully apologized but said he was glad that mentally I was still the same old me and that if there was a way to fix it, the whole team would figure it out. Ean settled down and couldn't help but smile.

It was hard to stay mad at him. Sure, he was an ass who liked to be an idiot and tease people, but he was truly a good guy who was the first to help calm someone down and be there for them. After a few minutes, several others came by and started to run some tests on Ean.

They were looking for anything out of the ordinary about her, other than the fact that she was now a woman. In the end they got nothing and started trying tests that made less and less sense just to be sure. Sometime towards the night, Jenna comes back and tells them all to stop.

Everyone turns their attention towards her, including Ean. Jenna tells them to open the containment doors and let Ean out, which makes them all look a bit worried. She tells them not to worry, that what happened to Ean wasn’t going to happen to them, as long as they don’t put on that spacesuit.

She then explained that headquarters had info on why Ean turned into a woman. Apparently something called cursed items was causing problems back on the planet, and they were becoming more and more common.

Headquarters said they work with the cursed object department to check for such items, but something had to have gone wrong and one of them made it through and went up to the space station. So now headquarters wants all the new suits and Ean to return to Earth immediately.

Ean was let out and told that once she was back on the planet, headquarters, along with the cursed object department, would take care of her and her needs. Jenna told Ean she was sorry that this happened to her and wished her the best going forward.

The following morning, Ean, Doug, and the cursed suits were put on the shuttle and sent back to Earth, where, when they arrived, Ean would be taken by the cursed object department to begin the paperwork needed in these situations and make it known Ean is now a woman.  

After that, they’d help Ean adjust to her body and adapt to life as a woman and even have her join support groups where she’d meet people who were affected like her, and eventually, two years after returning to Earth as a woman, she was going to space for the first time as one.
