While I get your point about how Endeavor should've reacted to what Shigaraki said, I can understand why endeavor didn't pay his words much mind. At this point, the heroes have no reason to assume Shigaraki is even able to be saved. I'm also not sure if Shigaraki would are if someone apologized to him, especially with how far down this path he's gone with taking AfOs powers. Great reaction as always.

Only reason why everyone hasn't immediately died is because of his quirk, and midoriya wouldn't have to worry about mastering his quirk if they can stop him here. This season showing us alot of heroes are dying, and it's not gonna stop this is more like the beginning of alot of death.
