Prompt of the Month - May 2021 Voting

Prompt 1) Following a shake up amongst the gods,  our unsuspecting protagonist finds themselves the god of their own universe now. How long can they go changing the reality around them accidentally before they notice their own godhood? And of course, can't be a Mavor story without them quickly putting their powers to the limits and then some.

Prompt 2) Zeke the gnoll has- without question- the worst floor-dragging blue balls in history. Dozens and dozens of times each day- or even each hour, in his worst fits- the poor big frazzled beastlyeen desperately and frantically jerks his massive dick off until he's laugh-howling so loud it can be heard for literal miles, sweating and moaning until finally he just... collapses onto his own ultradense sack, generally with a trickle of clay-thick pre from his tip, as the pleasure half-resets yet the pressure multiplies. He's spent entire days straight doing nothing but trying and failing to cum without even stopping to sleep; broken an entire dragon's hoard of (dragon-sized and rated) sex toys (and this was a hell of a big kinky dragon); downed entire cauldrons of concentrated Potion of Climax; and at least four times a year, he just rams every available consort offered by the largest brothel he can find, regardless of gender or size or species, one after another until every last hole is too tired to take another second of pounding. Still. Can't. CUM. The reason for his situation is the gods- specifically, the frighteningly jealous (and slightly frightened) lion god of virility, the supreme ruler and biggest/mightiest by far, who realized long ago that the mortal gnoll's libido and output were divine in magnitude. The selfish and stupidly-hyper god sealed the gnoll's ability to climax- not for safety or to prevent flooding, but simply as a cruel and ironic 'punishment' for the 'crime' of unknowingly rivalling the god at his own domain. The poor unaware Zeke is cursed to live eternally backed up and incapable of release... Or he would be, if the lion god's punishment weren't simply building him up to a climax so powerful that the gods themselves will be unable to hold it back.
