2024-06-15 00:54:50 +0000 UTCI agree with you few clips of LITA was enough to turn me off, some ppl were saying at early times that actors are very good looking that's why I'm watching so I'm like first Idk what should I say if you watch sth solely based on looks and secondly except that one guy (the 'bottom' of the 2nd couple) everyone else was just average to slightly above average. And they're still name the toxicity as love but I guess everyone has preferences

I can see how Sky’s story can be triggering but Love in the air is no where near as triggering as TT nor is it remotely problematic outside of Sky’s trauma story which had nothing to do with his love interest. Sounds like Sean is just ultra sensitive. Which is his right & valid for whatever trauma he has. Unfortunately they missed out on such a good series.

Because they are very long :'D (if you are still interested in watching - but i promise, it is worth it xD)

2024-06-02 05:23:47 +0000 UTCI'm currently re-watching Tharntype for old time sake and I know it's problematic but I think it brings to light some very troubling or at the very least concerning issues that should be discussed. I also think BL's have come a long way and people can say what they want but Mew & Gulf's pairing IMO is for the ages. But which ever you choose, I'll be happy with. LITA was my intro to BL's so it carries weight for me.

That was one of the series that was highly spoken about & well received when it was released.

I definitely will understand if Topher doesn’t want to watch it. I just really wanted to see Topher opinions on this series, because I really like his input on different topics and series 😁

But type is one of the characters who has the most progression in a series. For lita i adored this series because it’s not a problematic series like you seemed to see it in the first ep you watched. It’s about kinkiness and bdsm relationship for the most part. Someone made a video to explain this must watch after the 2 first ep . Thanks

2024-06-01 22:45:39 +0000 UTCLITA is okay, I wasn't a big fan of it personally. But, Tharn Type was one of the first Thai BLs that I watched. At that point, I had only really watched Seven Days: Monday -Sunday (totally fluffy japanese bl) and I had just come off of the bl that remains my favorite to this day, The Untamed. I kind of stumbled into the thai BL world and watched TT. It was definitely alot. It is definitely toxic. I was surprised to see that you might react to the rest of it. lol There is this like this mini season/ couple of episodes between the first and second season that I thought was good. I'm going to be watching I Feel You Linger in the Air with you! I haven't seen it yet.

The things you do for DramaLlama! TharnType didn't come out that long ago, but it definitely DID NOT age well. It feels like a relic at this point. I'm honestly surprised people still care about it. I haven't watched I Feel You Linger in the Air, despite everyone saying it's amazing, so I will watch it with you! Also, will you be reacting to anymore Hidden Love?
