Thief of Hearts v0.0.1b Now Available

Good morning/evening to all of my awesome supporters!
And a warm welcome to any new supporters who are here for the first time or returning.

First off, the team and I want to thank you for your incredible patience in waiting for the release of our new game, “Thief of Hearts”, our fourth visual novel release.

It’s been by far the most tiring and stressful process that myself and the team have had in all our time being game developers, but we truly believe that it will all be worth it.

There’s quite a bit to go through, but the best way to get an understanding of how everything works is to simply play the game.

As always, we’re more than happy to help if you need any tips or if you’re unsure how to do anything. Please don’t hesitate to PM me or contact HearszAM, Mistress Elemental or HyperServer if you’re in our Discord group. 

Main Menu

When you boot up the app and read our Disclaimers and Support Us Now screens, you will be taken to our amazing Main Menu.

You will see that a lot of time, work, care and detail have been put into the video and various options that you can choose from. 

This is what our main menu looks like:

Settings

When you go into the “Settings” option, it will take you to these two screens below.

One is for the Game settings, the other is for your Audio while playing Thief of Hearts.

In the Game settings, it will have the usual options we’ve had in our previous games.
However, some new options include the ability to change where the character's names and what they say (or think) are positioned on the screen).

You can also change the size of the text in case it’s too big or small for you.

The “Righteous” font style is a new option for this game - check it out!

In the Audio settings, we’ve added a few different options for you to choose from during your gameplay. You’ll notice three sound options - Music Volume, Sound Effects Volume and Sex Effects Volume. 

This allows you to have the sound up for all three of these functions, one or two of them, or none of them.

Most scenes in the game have music playing throughout but if you don’t want to hear it, or if you prefer to just hear the sound effects and ambience, then simply turn the volume right down. 

With the “Main Menu Music”, this applies to the video that plays when you’re at the main menu. 

We had a hard time deciding which song and video we liked more, so we decided to add both of them! Go ahead and try the “Alternative” version to see how it looks compared to the
“Default” version.

The Game

As soon as you start playing the game, you will be asked to confirm that you are over the age of 18 years old, and then you can input your name and even a surname.
The default name for you is “Jack Aroxson”. 

After the first heist is over, you will be able to choose the names of the other members that are in your heist team, as well as customize your relationship with them.

The three main LI’s and also the older male in your team have these default names: 

Ariel, Bella, Vivian and Victor. But again, you can choose your own name for them.

If you have any of the Walkthroughs, these characters will be referred to by the default names above.

Once you view the tutorial (“Learn More”), it will tell you all about the Game Tablet and all the different functions - so be sure to watch it (you can skip it if you have already seen it).

The icons and information included here are: 

• The various tasks in the game you are required to complete 

• Characters in the game that will be People of Interest 

• Future tasks in the game

• Your main contacts (you can edit their details here) 

• Your progress with the love interests. You will be given a final review with the LI’s after each episode ends so you can see how well (or how badly you are doing!)

• “The Vault” section is where you can access the different bonus features we’ve added to the game. Depending on which tier amount you are on, will determine which code number you are given and it will unlock specific extras.

• Achievements (Bonus Image gallery). All the bonus image locations you find, the full renders of each will end up here for you to view. 

• Replays and Fantasy Scenes Gallery. When you find any of the “hot/sex” scenes in each update, they will be stored here so you can re-watch them all over again! 

• Wallpaper. Here you can change the background of your Game Tablet with one of the images we have stored here. Keep checking back here after each episode as we’ll add more special images of our characters. 
  

The Objective

Your main objective is to try and complete all the tasks when they become available.

Remember, you’re a thief, so you have a job to do, and a responsibility to your team.

And of course, don’t get caught!

There will be a notification on the screen when a new task has been set. 

At the same time, you have to manage your relationships with other characters (especially the female ones!). 

There are THREE main love interests in the story and other side characters that you will be able to woo and/or seduce during each episode of the game. 

Some will be looking for something serious, others might be just looking for a good time.

But watch out - some characters you might to be able to completely trust. 

They might look easy on the eye, but that doesn’t mean that they don’t have ulterior motives. 

The more time you spend with each girl, the more likely things will/could progress with them.

And if you play your cards right, you might just have some very special times with that one girl in particular, or if you’re the adventurous type, then many of them all at once!

Future updates

We’ll be getting to work on Episode 2 as soon as possible (likely next week). 

We would like to let all of our supporters know that we have no intention of taking this long for any more of our remaining updates. 

The first release was always going to be the most difficult to create because of how much detail, time and care we knew we’d require to make this the best opening release of the four games we have made to date. We’ve spent a lot more time and focus on the story and added more detail to every scene and the renders that have been created.

We truly believe that the time and effort we have put into creating this update for you all will be well worth the wait. To get more of an idea of just how much content we have included for this first episode, check out the Changelog below. 

With any luck, we’ll have another two episodes released before the end of the year - that’s our aim!

• On-screen notifications when:

- a New Task has been set

- a Person of Interest has been encountered in the story

- a New Bonus Image has been found

- a Task has been completed

Final Words

Once again, we’d love to thank all of you for your ongoing support over the past (nearly) 8 or so years. We make these games for you guys as much as we do ourselves. 

And as long as we still have the support from all of your kind, generous people, we’ll keep putting games out… And completing them!
