Personaly im a fan of MK, glad to finaly see youre going to do some work "there".... and sorry if any one gets ofended with this comment, just remember everyone has their own opinion, taste and likes.... now i just hope and with to finaly see you as kitana (MK9)

You already cosplayed Shantae and got extremely positive reception! π As long as you don't change your skin color with makeup or editing (except for Raven or alien colors like green) there shouldn't be a problem. Japanese people cosplay characters of all races, for example. I once saw an excellent cosplay of Sakura from Street Fighter by a Black woman. It shouldn't matter! Trust your friends, supporters, and most of all your own heart. If you really love the character, just do it! πͺ
