Time Zones?

I just wanted to ask what would be the best time to make a contest post?
I don't want someone to have a disadvantage because of what time zone they live in.
Today, I'm planning on posting it around 12 or 1 PM Pacific Standard. But if a later time works better, let me know and I can try a different time next week.

It is fine with me I'm in Eastern standard so it'll be around 3 or 4pm when I see it
