I was a loud, feral ball of chaotic energy and emotions this episode!
Y'all...honestly...I felt empty after watching this episode. Unlike the traumatic events of Volume 3 -- but there was time to process those emotions and we got to see our protagonists move forward at the end of the episode -- here, we just get the tip of the scales, the moment of the fall...but we don't get to process it or decompress.
This episode was probably one of the craziest RWBY has given us, and DEFINITELY the biggest cliffhanger the show has had since its inception to me. Just...when's Volume 9?!
