Q&A For the Future: Dungeon Meshi!

BUT, starting the Friday after Thanksgiving (after Bloom Into You is concluded) I am going to be diving into Delicious in Dungeon (aka Dungeon Meshi) on the channel!
Why the post so early, then?
I am doing something I've never done on the channel before: COOKED.
Yes, scary, I know. My hope is (attempt) to cook a dish from the show while answering questions about various episodes that you all have for me to answer!
SO, here's my request:

My questions would be: 1) Based off of character design so far, if you were in the world of Dungeon Meshi which race would you like to be? 2) What meal would be your go-to if you were as hungry as our characters at the beginning of Episode 1?

It will be interesting to see what similarities and differences you draw from Frieren to this - like how long races live, etc. What would be one of the craziest meals you think they might end up making in the dungeon? I hope you get to stay spoiler free for this, I watched it fully without knowing anything about it and it was such a great experience! Can't wait to see your reactions, and what a fun idea.

A couple of questions I'd have in general I guess would be what are your favorite meals, and what is a meal you've tried once and vowed never to try again? And for the show; which character interests you the most, and why? And which character interests you the least, and why?
